Aubrey Plaza est une actrice, réalisatrice, productrice et scénariste américaine née le 26 juin 1984.
Son père est irlandais et sa mère anglaise. Elle a étudié à la Ursuline Academy du Delaware, d'où elle est sortie diplômée en 2002 et de la Tisch School of the Arts en 2006.
Elle commence en 2004, une carrière d'actrice en jouant des pièces d'improvisation. Sa première apparition sur le petit écran remonte à 2006 dans la série 30 Rock, elle a par la suite joué dans Parks and Recreation, qui lui a value un certain succès. Sur le grand écran, elle a été à l'affiche des films Funny People et Scott Pilgrim.
Aubrey s'est déclarée publiquement bisexuelle.
