Christine Adams, née le 14 août 1974 à Londres, est une actrice anglaise.
Elle a fréquenté l'Université du Middlesex.
Elle débute à la télévission dès 2000, mais son premier rôle principal n'arrive qu'en 2004, dans la mini-série NY-LON, où elle interprète Katherine Williams Osgood. L'année suivante, elle interprète Cathica Santini Khadeni dans Doctor Who, avant de jouer Jessica dans Batman Begins. En 2006, elle devient Kym dans la série Home again. Elle apparaît ensuite dans Pushing Daisies, Lie to me, Heroes et Nip/Tuck, puis en 2010 dans le blockbuster Tron : L'héritage.
En 2010, elle devient pour deux ans Lena dans The Whole Truth. En 2011, elle tient aussi l'un des rôles principaux de Terra Nova. Après avoir joué dans Legends et Mentalist, elle incarne de 2014 à 2015 l'agent Weaver dans Marvel: Les agents du S.H.I.E.L.D. Après une apparition dans Castle, elle participe en 2016 à la série Feed the Beast. On la retrouve un temps au cinéma. Depuis 2018, elle joue dans la série Marvel Black Lightning.
Elle est mariée et a une fille. Elle habite à Los Angeles.
