Denise Dowse est une actrice américaine née le 21 Février 1958.
Elle a commencé sa carrière d'actrice en jouant en 1989 dans un épisode de Almost There, dans lequel elle interprète Angela Quartermane. Depuis 1989, elle a joué dans de nombreuses séries télévisées, dont Alf, Full House, Murphy Brown, Seinfeld, Buffy contre les vampires. Elle est devenue très célèbre grâce à son rôle de Yvonne Teasley dans Beverly Hills et du juge Rebecca Damsen dans The Guardian.
