Jack McBrayer, né le 27 Mai 1973 à Macon en Géorgie, est un acteur américain.
Il a étudié à l'Université d'Evansville.
Il est très doué en improvisation théâtrale, il a d'ailleurs fait ses preuves à Chicago, Los Angeles ou encore New York.
Il participe de nombreuses fois au talk show Late Night with Conan O'Brien et joue à deux reprises dans Arrested Development, dans la deuxième et la troisième saison, en tant que serveur au country club que les Bluths fréquentent souvent.
Le rôle de Kenneth Parcell dans la série télévisée 30 Rock lui permet de se faire un nom sur le petit écran. On a également pu le voir dans le clip vidéo Touch My Body de Mariah Carey dans lequel il incarne un Geek appelé à son domicile pour un dépannage informatique.
Par la suite, il obtient des rôles réguliers dans The Jack and Triumph Show, Emo Dad, The Middle ou encore Drunk History.
En 2020, il rejoint le casting de Mapleworth Murders dans le rôle de Dink Choadler.
