Michael Mosley, né le 16 septembre 1978 à Iowa City aux USA, est un acteur américain.
Il a notamment étudié à Cedar Falls High School tout en prenant des cours de théâtre pour se perfectionner.
Michael a commencé sa carrière en 2001 avec un rôle dans la série The Education of Max Bickford. Il a continué sa carrière avec de petits rôles : Law and Order, Third Watch et Hack. Il est alors apparu sur un certain nombre de films, mais aucun d'eux eut beaucoup de reconnaissance.
Sa carrière a vraiment commencé en jouant dans 27 robes et The Accidental Husband. Il est ensuite devenu connu pour jouer Gunnery Sgt. Robert Swarr dans Generation Kill, ainsi que pour son rôle de shérif Hardy sur The Mentalist.
Depuis 2013, il joue dans la série "Sirens" diffusée sur USA Network, série qui ne sera pas renouvellée pour saison 3, faute d'audiences.
Il s'est mis en couple avec l'actrice Anna Camp. Leur union a duré du 29 janvier 2010 à avril 2013.
Michael Mosley est un ancien guitariste d'un groupe connu sous le nom Boy otages.
